How Keith St. Aubin has spent the past 27 years

Rather than succumb to anger, frustration or outrage at experiencing such a seeming injustice, Mr. Keith Michael St. Aubin has chosen to continue on the positive path he was on prior to being sentenced to prison.

After adjusting to the harsh and often demeaning erviommentof prison life - Keith decided to embark upon the spiritual joney of self-betterment. He is on a path of constantly striving knowledge and understanding, expanding his education and discovering himself. Being that this is a path that never ends.. he continues to make this path his priority every day today.

Some of his accomplistments include aquiring a college vocational trade in electronics in 2003, an Associate of Arts Degree in 2004, and Bachelor's of Science Degree in Behavior Science in 2010. He continues his fomal edication today and is currently enrolled in business courses through the college at his current prison facility.

Through this journey of self betterment, Keith has realized his passion of assisting others along their journey. Keith is known at the facilities he has lived on for his fitness routines and his willingness to share his health jouney with others as he demonstrates to others that a healthy body and spirit are by products of a healthy and disciplined mind.

Formally, Keith has became a certified PeerHealth Instructor, a certified College tutor, and attempts to give encouragement in whatever community he finds himself. Whether in inprison or free society, by helping others and motivating them towards their own personal goals, self improvement is a goal Keith tries to honor daily. Keith has a passion for bringing awareness tothe injustices suffered at the hands of malicious prosecutors and negligent defense attorney's. He is constantly advocating for reconsideration of lengthy sentences given to teenagers and adolescents (14-20) when brain science clearly demonstrates that lengthy sentences don't represent justice.
